Services

It is important to let Auslan Avenue know of any changes to appointments or cancellation. Applicable fees will be charged to fee-paying clients including NDIS participants if:

• Booking is cancelled by either practice, client or third party with less than 7 days notice.

• Staff arrive at a booking that has been cancelled without Auslan Avenue being notified.

• A client does not attend an appointment (no-show)

INTERPRETERS

We have been providing face-to-face and virtual interpreting services for nearly 3 decades. We pride ourselves on providing a professional and confidential service.

SUPPORT WORKERS

On a day-to-day basis, our support worker duties could include helping with meal preparation, accessing community events, going shopping, meeting friends, visiting the doctors, or providing general emotional support.

TRANSPORT

We provide you with safe, convenient transport, scheduled in advance to help you get around your community.

AUSLAN CLASSES & AUSLAN LANGAUGE MODELS

We provide one-to-one or small group Auslan tuition as well as face-to-face Auslan tutoring in South East Queensland and offer online tutoring throughout Australia.

HOUSEHOLD CLEANING & GARDENING

Vacuuming and mopping floors. Dusting and wiping surfaces. Kitchen cleaning. Bathrooms including showers, baths and toilets. Outside your home lawns mowed rubbished removed we work closely with you to find out exactly what your needs are.
